Astra comes from a long line of Ster and Preferent Friesians. We know she will do great things! She has a relaxed, easy-going style that promises a solid and steady equine partner. She loves to show off. If you come to visit, she will be the first one up and follow you all over the pasture. Especially, if she sees a brush in your hand. Grooming is her favorite! She is extremely intelligent and learns quickly. Her curious nature makes her a dream to teach! Heidi ties, bathes, trailer loads (step up and ramp), clips, takes wormer, shots, farrier work and anything else we throw her way. She has the thickest mane and tail we have seen. Theia is a Clydesdale mare, bred to FHS Registered Friesian Stallion Tjerk of Proud Meadows! Confirmed in foal! She is a wonderful mother to her foals, a proven broodmare and she has a sweet disposition. She loves people and grooming. If she sees you, she will inch closer and closer to you until you have to pet or brush her. The picture does not do her justice. She has a long mane and forelock like a Friesian. She has been started in harness. We do not have the equipment to continue the training ourselves and leaving her with the trainer was not possible. Theia is registered with the North American Spotted Draft Horse Association.

This exceptional mare has a lot going for her, conformation, personality, and color. She has an adventurous nature and is a quick learner. She has has been started in reining and working with cattle.
